Invent flat lights led lights that exceed 

The creators of blue LED lights received the Nobel Prize in Physics 2014 as innovative invention. The architects of this new invention are a team of scientists from Tohoku University (Japan). The key point is that the flat lights are made of carbon nanotubes that have a high energy efficiency and very low power consumption: about 0.1 watts per hour of operation, about 100 times less than the LED lights
According to research, these planar material is constructed lights based on a phosphor screen and a single wall carbon nanotubes highly crystalline. Then, they joined the device with a liquid mixture of an organic solvent combined with a soap-like chemical aal known as surfactant.
